Bigger than a hotel, smaller than a flat – a perfect pad for the young professional.

This vacant laneway site provided an excellent opportunity to design a garage and granny flat combo, ideally suited to the urban professional looking for weeknight accommodation, with no fuss or maintenance required on weekends.

We were able to incorporate full kitchen and laundry facilities, a neat little bathroom and an outdoor balcony for breathing space, all fully compliant with local council controls.

This is a compact and private oasis for one (or two!) right in the heart of busy, bustling Sydney.
